Curt Runs 26.2 and Bobbi Walks 13.1 for Leukemia & Lymphoma Society!

Scariest Days Of Your Life!!

Hi there,
My wife Bobbi and I are doing the Disney Marathon on January 6, 2002. I am going to run the 26.2 miles and she is going to walk 13.1 miles. Crazy, yes I know, but for a great cause, it is for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, to help find a cure for cancer.
Bobbi and I have been there. On September 15, 1999 she went to the hospital for a cat scan and after that was admitted. To sit there and watch her and hear that your loved one has cancer! Scarey, and it about makes you faint, it's hard. But with the help of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society it is getting more curable. She is now 15 months in remission. She is my strength, a wonderful lady.
We also have an Honor patient, she is 6 years old and has ALL (Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia). She has had 2 weeks cranial radiation, plus goes in once a month for chemo treatment, it's not fair.
As I sit back and look at my own 3 kids play, it scares me to think that some day they could have cancer, and go through the torture, or my loving wife could have a relapse. It can happen to anyone, that is why we are enduring hard training to help raise funds, so someday if one of my family or yours gets it, we can cure them. They can be a SURVIVOR, that is the dream. Our Honor Patient and our family gives us the strength to finish.
Please see it in your hearts to donate. There is nothing to small, every penny helps. God Bless and have a great life.

Please sign our guestbook. We would like to see who has visited us.
